By accessing qadac.com and purchasing products from Quantum Agro & DAC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site.
1.2 Use of Products
Agricultural Use Only: Our products (Soil Conditioners, Bio-fertilizers, etc.) are intended for agricultural and horticultural use. Users must follow the specific application instructions provided on the packaging.
No Resale: Unless explicitly authorized through a distributor agreement, products purchased on this site are for personal or professional farm use and may not be resold.
1.3 Intellectual Property
All content, including the "Quantum Agro" and "DAC" branding, logos, product formulations, and specialized kit names (e.g., Sugarcane Special Kit), are the exclusive property of Quantum Agro.
1.4 Limitation of Liability
Quantum Agro shall not be held liable for crop failure or soil damage resulting from improper application, extreme weather conditions, or use in conjunction with incompatible chemical substances not recommended by our guides.

Personal Data: Name, shipping address, and contact number.
Payment Data: Processed via secure third-party gateways (we do not store your credit card details on our servers).
Farm Data: Optional information you provide regarding soil type or crop focus to help us recommend the right kits.

To fulfill and ship your orders.
To provide agricultural guidance and "Support & Guidance" as promised in our service model.
To send updates on new organic solutions (you may opt-out at any time).
2.3 Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We do not sell or lease your personal information to third parties.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
3.1 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided the items have not yet been dispatched from our Mahesana facility.
3.2 Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of organic and liquid products:
Damaged Goods: If a bottle or bag arrives leaked or damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us at support@qadac.com within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened containers or products that have been partially used cannot be returned due to safety and contamination risks.
Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong kit, we will exchange it at no additional shipping cost to you.
3.3 Refunds
Once a return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
